  Called automotive ahead for wait time on a headlight n wiper blade. Time of 20 minutes estimated. I arrive to a man already upset wanting to know why his car wasn't next like it had been said. His answer was sorry there were two tire appointments scheduled and hed have an hour and a half wait because they didn't get to his one tire before the appointments arrived. Excuse me but why was he told he was next when he arrived and why was I told 20 minutes on the phone, it only took me 5 to arrive after I called. On previous appointments i got my diagnostic back and everything checked fine..I went in for an oil change..had no head light or turn signal (which I knew) but everything checked fine on report! What a joke!!
