  The owners's name is Chris and he is anything but a professional! He wasted 3 days of my time by failing to communicate with me. I'm certain that you would get better service with an online company. He obviously doesn't know what he's doing because when I picked up my documents, the fonts were changed and some of the colors were wrong and he had nothing to say about it except, "you dont have to take them.". So I didn't take them and I'd advise anyone who needs even to send a single fax to go and see someone else!!
